This New Project option doesn't appear in the VC++ 2005 Express Edition
templates pane.

Is it a restriction in the Express Edition ?

Ok nevermind. In fact the template is not part of the Express Edition:

In the local help installed with the Express Edition, the same page
says the template is available..
