who knows that software serves in order to compile a projetcs c++ (VC7) for
ITANIUM with Windows Serveur 2003.

Latest Platform SDK has an Itanium cross-compiler and libraries for that
purpose. The Windows Server 2003 DDK also includes an Itanium compiler (not
sure if SDK and DDK have the same version or not).
