I'm getting dialog boxes from a variety of applications appear very
distorted. They are often extremely large covering all the screen whilst the
main application appears normally. eg. This happens in zone alarm when
applications want access to the internet, or print dialog boxes, and the
shutdown menu in XP appears with massive font at the top. Amoungst others.

I did change the font folder whilst creating a wedding invite, and there are
large fonts used in the dialog boxes. Could i have deleted or corrupted the
file? How do i restore the old fonts?

Start by posting your question in a Windows XP group. This is a .NET
programming group.

Here's how to locate an appropriate group through the web interface:

To find the group you need:

http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/default.aspx?guid=1080912A
-26C5-7040-AFDD-2224A4FEB3EA

Select your language from the Tree View on the left, then scroll down to
Windows. In the Windows category, open the category for Windows XP.
There, select an appropriate group.
