Thanks for the link to the site, but I am not having a problem putting the
dll files back into place; I just want to know what is causing them to
disappear.

good morning...

We are having a very similiar problem.

When we attempt to run Altiris Recovery Solution Snapshots, we get th
same error message. I reinstalled the software and the problem ha
dissapeared, but I am concerned about what caused the problem in th
first place.

I just found out we had the problem today, when I noticed severa
people had not backed up since NOV 8th, when I attempted to manuall
back them up from their pc, this message revealed itself

This error usually mean that this DLL is not installed by an app, you cannot
be found. This DLL has to be in the same folder as the app, on the PATH or
in Windows\System folder. Try using Dependency Walker (depends.exe) and
check what application is depending on this DLL.
