Can someone help me please,,

I keep getting this err Microsoft C++ Runtime Library
Program:C/Compaq\Lutil\WizHost.EXE
Abnormal Program Termination
I have NO ideal what is causeing this,,but I get this message at least every
20 min's,,I am lost, I have run " Scan Disk " " Compaq Diegnostics " " and
other problem finders " BUT they all tell me that the couldn't find any
problems. Could someone PLEASE help me ?
