yes you can replace
but the safe way is that you copy the MSVCRT.dll in the same folder as
program files /adobe ////
do not copy in C:/WINNT or Windows
System32

> Hi there,

> Hope someone can help me. My PC is running on WXPhe, P4. I installed a digital video editing software, Adobe Premiere 6.0. The installation files
for this software have a version of MSVCRT.DLL which is causing the
application to close. I did visit the MS KB pages, but so far I did not find
the right solution.

extracted ? In that case where is it extracted ?
