Does anyone knows how to add an extra button at the upper right corner of a
window like emule does in it's window?

I don't know about emule, and I've never tried the below, but it looks
like it might be what you need.

This is exactly what I am looking for but it does not work properly. When I
move the mouse over the form it flashes. Does anyone has a better example?
