How read and extract the content of .PST file ?

Hi i have a requirement like,

i have to read and extract the content of the .PST using vb.net , is there
any way to do this using.net ? basically i need to extract all the content of
the .PST file such as : body ,to,cc,subject and attachment etc.  
any idea to do this ?

i am really stuck on this topic. cos there is no good article on this topic .

Can you use Outlook automation to do this? I searched a bit on Google
and was unable to find anything that didn't use Outlook to parse the
pst file. According to the below thread, doing so would actually be
illegal:

But not being a lawyer, I can't say if the poster knew what he/she was
talking about.

Many thanks to u r web link, but unfortunetly i could'nt find any valuable
informatin using that link.... pleas do update the forum if u can find out
the solution to read .PST file using .Net
