Is it something like:

Dim myint64 as int64
myint64 = ""281271892897891272891728978912wdjhjsjkdhs ^^" ?

I would like to understnad that in order to avoid that kind of holes in
my VB.NET apps.
Is there any correlation to Strict On/Off?

Thank you.
