Display a Progress Bar within a row/column of a grid?

Is it possible to display a progress bar control within a row/column of
a FlexGrid? I am working on a file copy procedure that lists all of
the files in a grid, and I want to display the file copy progress with
a progress bar.

Any help or insight someone can provide would be greatly appreciated!
