hello,
I am doing "A Small Update Patching " for that i have
edited .msi file with help of ORCA and changed the file
size and copied the template.pcp (blank file is provided
with the SDK) and made necessary entry , but when i am
validating many error is reported.

And while Generating a Patch Package , i got
Error :0xC00E5116 and below is stmt for generating
new .msp file.

Msimsp.exe -s filename.pcp -p filename.msp.

Is any body had exp with patch if so please send me
sample .pcp file to my mail id or any other help regarding
that. Thanks

.....public.platformsdk.msi is the place to post this. The MS patch experts
often monitor it. You've probably got the contents of the PCP file wrong,
and you should post what you put in it.
