Custom windows are not popped up when I stall MSI package

Hi,

I have created Setup and Deployment Project (thro VS 2003)with some custom
action defined. Custom windows (non of the windows) are not popped up in my
machine when I install the MSI file, but same MSI file if I install in other
system custom windows are popping up.

I guess it is related to some windows setting. Could any one please tell me
what the issue here is?

My guess is that one of you is runnign the administrative install and the
other not. Not exactly sure how you would turn that off though.
