Silent Uninstallation of privious version

Hi

I have developed an application on .net (VS2005)
Application functionality get change frequently and have to create new
msi each time.
Is there any way when i install new version silently privious version
shold get uninstalled ?

Pleas help

RemovePreviousVersions is your friend.
