Hello!

While trying to install the Framework SDK, I received the following
error message (taken from the installation log, German):

Fehler 1935.Während der Installation der Assemblierung
"SoapSudsCode,Version="1.0.5000.0",FileVersion="1.1.4322.573",Culture="neutral",PublicKeyToken="b03f5f7f11d50a3a""
ist ein Fehler aufgetreten. Weitere Informationen finden Sie unter Hilfe
und Support. HRESULT: 0x80070005. Assemblierungsschnittstelle:
IAssemblyCacheItem, Funktion: Commit, Komponente:
{1D377656-ACBB-44E2-BFEB-4CC6FB0FDA33}

It tells me that an error occurred while installing the Assembly above.
I looked up 0x80070005, but the results were from not sufficient rights
to some invalid entries in the MsiAssembly table (unfortunately, I don't
know what the later means).

I use a German version of Windows XP Home OEM with Service Pack 2. The
OS came with .NET Framework 1.0 and later I installed 1.1 via Windows
Update and also applied Service Pack 1 to it. I also have the students
edition of Office 2003 if that's important (that product appeared in
some problem reports with error 1935). I am logged in as user with
administrative rights.

Any ideas?

Regards,
Sebastian Mares

Problem solved, it was the anti-virus program blocking access to one of
the setup files.
