TAPI in C#

Hi ,
I could not locate a telephony API implementation in C# (.net) . I suppose
I can use unmanaged DLLs or COM from C# but this will mean I will have to
write C# wrappers around TAPI calls. I would rather not rewrite the entire
thing.
