.NET Fw 1.1, difference in language

Hi
What is the difference between the redistributable package for English and
German. I've installed the German version and run tools like csc, .... But
all are in English. Does anybody know the difference and how can I figure
out which language is installed on a computer?

.NET 1.1:
for the 'dotnetfx.exe', only the Setup-part was translated.
The Framework files inside always are in English.

To get translated .NET resources, install a 'Language Pack':
