Is there any longhron beta tester around there ?
Has .NET app startup time been improved in longhorn ?

.NET Framework application startup time is improved in both .NET Framework
"Whidbey" and further on Longhorn. If you want to talk with a user using
Longhorn, you may want to post to
microsoft.public.windows.developer.winfx.general.
