1.1 SDK won't install

I downloaded the 1.1 SDK and it keeps telling me that it can't install the
Tools and Samples until the 1.1 SDK is installed. Well, that's what I'm
trying to do. Is there a problem with installing the 1.1 SDK?

Hello,

First you must install the 1.1 runtime, then try to instalkl the
SDK. so download the .net runtime v1.1.

first install .net framework runtime 1.1
then install the framework.
