Is it possible to extract the 2.0 configuration wizard from the SDK without
having to install the entire SDK? All I need is the snapin.

I use CASPOL.exe instead.

OK, it's a command-line utility, but it can do just about everything
that the plug-in can /and/ it ships with the Framework.
