Where can I order the .Net 2.0 SDK on CD? I can't find it on Microsoft's site. I don't believe that the SDK by itself is available on CD or DVD. It comes with other products such as VS 2005. What's the deal? Jon Well, you can get through the MSDN subscriptions, but I personally haven't seen any offers for the .NET SDK on CD/DVD.
