Split Screen Copy Problems

This is a cross post....

My problem is when I am using the split screen editor and I copy and paste
from the bottom pane to the top pane, the top pane will reposition itself to
where the bottom pane is pointed to and I loose my place in the upper pane.

Has anyone experiences this, and is there a setting somewhere to change this
behavior?

Thanks.

Mike

Hi Mike,

Did you use VS.NET IDE Editor and select split from the Windows menu to
open two editor pane? I tested this scenario, but I haven't found the
problem. When I copy/paste test from bottom pane to top pane, the position
would changed.

Would you please provide more detail information about the issue, for
example, what is the content in the editor, C# code? Did the issue occur
with all projects on your computer? What is the version of your VS.NET 2002
or 2003?

I also get this problem using VS.NET 2003 Version 7.1.3088

Basically if you split a window, and then paste into the top pain the
position jumps to the same location as the cursor in the bottom pain.
