About Microsoft Access Data Import

I am using Microsoft Text Driver with a schema.ini file , is there a
way that i can handle UTF-8 Encoded text files, cause the orginal
documentation states that it characterset option only supports OEM And
ANSI

I think the best place to ask this would be the data.odbc newsgroup. The
.NET framework really concentrates on ADO.NET and OLE DB connections so
you're less likely to find anyone with knowledge of old ODBC drivers
here.
