Based on the VBA document as below.

Color Property
See AlsoApplies ToExampleSpecificsReturns or sets the primary color of the
object, as shown in the following table. Use the RGB function to create a
color value. Read/write Variant.
So the Color should be similar as below.
Color = RGB(255,255,255) which means the white.
For detailed information, you may try to consult the help file above.
You may first tried in the VBA macro, and then do that in the Interop code.

I found a HTML Color --> RGB color converter on the internet and used the
rgb function to set the color needed.
