migration vb6 to vb.net

I Am trying to migrate a vb6 project to vb.net but in the upgrade wizard the
conversion crash with a critical error (vbu.exe  unspecified error ....) when
the wizard is loading type library stdole
I have vs2002 sp1 Framevork1.1 sp1
What can i do?

Hi, Davide.

According to your meassage there is some problem with OLE.
E.g. if you are using OLE container control in your app, then you can`t
simply migrate your app.
WinForms does not have an OLE control as it is in VB_6

But I Don't have ole container in my project
I try to remove the stdole2 refernce from the project (and the call to that
dll) but
the problem remains
What to do?
