I am having problems with regasm...

I am getting the error:

RegAsm error: Declaration referenced in a method implementation can not be a
final method.

Any ideas how I could fix this?

It seems to come from the code:

public override void Destroy()
{
}

This error occurs in example 1 but is avoided in the 2nd example....

EXAMPLE 1: (ERROR!)
Base.cs
public virtual void Destroy()
{
}

Class1.cs
public override void Destroy()
{
   NMCPubSub.ShutDownPS();
   base.Destroy ();
}

EXAMPLE 2: (No error!)
Base.cs
public virtual void Destroy()
{
   test();
}
public virtual void test()
{
}

Class1.cs
public override void test()
{
   NMCPubSub.ShutDownPS();
   base.Destroy ();
}

Any ideas?
