Can't add MSRDP.OCX to toolbox.....why?

I want to add an OCX to my toolbox and work with the control like I did in
VB6.

The file is MSRDP.OCX - for MS Remote Desktop.

File Version: 5.1.2600.1106
Description: Terminal Services ActiveX Client
Copyright: Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved.

But, when I try, it says it "was not recognized as a COM server" and errors
out without adding the control to the toolbox.

What am I doing wrong?
