Has Microsoft released a PIA for Outlook 2000? Using the auto generated PIA
is quite a pain.

No, only 2002 (XP) and 2003.

Including some "corrections" to the auto generated IA (its not really the
P(Primary)IA ;-)) for Outlook 2000.
