com+ objects not releaed on w2k3, not on winxp

I wrote an .net component, run in winxp fine.
but the "objects" column in the w2k3 com+ never releaed.
it went higher and eventually bring down the server..

I have flag the deactivateOnReturn, otherwise it's pooled , and not
deacivated.
now it's deactivated, but the object column in the COM+ UI is still moving
up... not 0 like that in WinXP.

can anyone gives a clue...

I am using a jscript to test this.
I have set it to null, but the objects is still high
this will not happen on WinXP.
