What should be downloaded for .Net on a Hebrew Windows XP OS?

Every language version of XP is able to support any language version of the
.NET Framework -- all that the latter gives you is the localized error
messages, etc. Thus if you are using a language for the OS that has no
translated version of the .NET Framework you can pick your preferred
alternate language and use that instead....
