I'm looking for any tool, shareware or not, to simply open a localized
resource .dll so I can examine what's within it. Anyone have suggestions?

Thanks much,
Eddie Berman

Hi Eddie, I'm sure there a few out there. I sometimes use ResHack (Resource
Hacker)

Did you try .NET Studio (Open >As resource)?

I have used Resource Hacker for the same task a lot. Check out

Try .NET Resourcer at http://www.aisto.com/roeder/. A free tool, but very
good.
Try other FREE tools too, while you're there.

Lutz Roeder does a great job!
