There is probably no problem, so you don't need a solution. If you look at a UTF-8 file with a UTF-8 editor it is ok, if you look at it with an editor that has no clue about UTF-8 it looks corrupted. The best solution is to use something utf-8 aware to look at it. What kind of server? How do you get it off the server to look at it? What you used to look at the file before upload? What you used to look at the file after upload?
