I am trying to display a hebrew calendar drop down or month view control in
a windows forms. I am unable to find any third party controls that do that.

Is there a way to do it with the built in localization features of the
framework?

See

for more info on the answer to your question about the built-in support
(though you won't like the answer).

No. I don't like the answer.

Does anyone know of any third party control that does this? Or some code
that could get me started on writing my own?

Anything I build using code I get from this group will be shared!
