Hi again, and thank you everyone for your help so far. I was wondering if
there is an 'upgrade' available or do you just purchase the 2008 software,
I didnt see online an 'upgrade' from say 2006 to 2008.
Also, can the pushpins from 2006 be imported to 2008? and When does
Microsoft introduce it's latest version, i wonder if i would be better off
waiting for 2009 and see if the I355 extension is in there. Thanks again for
your help

Visual Studio 2008 is a separate product. Installing it does not update
Visual Studio 2005 (which, is what I presume you mean by "2006").
There are upgrade versions of the various editions for sale.

As Visual Studio 2008 was released recently, there is no information
available yet on the next version of Visual Studio.

No upgrade, simply purchase and install, or use MSDN. If you are using a
Pro, consider attending a launch event, as they are giving out free
software. I would assume that means VS 2008. Go to

If by I355 extension you are refering to the Illinois Tollway, then you are
in the wrong group. It sounds like you are after Microsoft Streets and Trips
2008. I'm sure there is a newsgroup for that product, but you will need to
search for the right group.
