Windows XP - undoing a registry entry

Help - I ran a file from Kelly's Korner, regopen.vbs and now my taskbar is
permanantly locked.  how can I undo this registry entry?

You might try posting your question to a group with "Windows" in the
description. This is a .Net programming newsgroup.
