This is in Internet Explorer pages only, No problem in Netscape, Firefox,etc.
This is something I most likely screwed up myself but don't know how to
unscrew it.
This problem is in normal usage by me, I am not a programer.
Any help would be appreciated.

Try posting your question to a group with the name "windows" or "internet
explorer" in it. This is a .Net Programming newsgroup.
