what are the features in the developer edition? it's not mentioned here

is it the same as ent?

"Notes: In the following table, the "Comments" column provides comments on
the specified feature. Numbers next to check marks indicate footnotes that
appear at the bottom of the page. SQL Server 2005 Developer Edition and
Evaluation Edition are not listed in the tables. These editions have the
same feature set as the Enterprise Edition; the only difference between
these editions is the licensing policies."

It is a version of Enterprise that will run under non-server OSs. Note,
however, that you cannot use it for production servers, as it violates
licensing.

In other words, it is feature complete, a bit more flexible on install
location and only available for development purposes.
