Running a DOS Batch file from a program.

How do I run a dos batch file from a program? I am guessing I have to run
cmd.exe with the parameter of the batch file.

This is simpler: Process.Start ("mybatfile.bat")

Something else I should have pointed out - I need to do this from a service.
