How to search a XML document node by node

I have want to read a xml file node by node. How can I do it?
I am using following code to load xml file.

XmlDocument doc = new XmlDocument();
doc.Load(fileName);

doc.LoadXml(YourXMLStringHere);

XPathNavigator xpnav = doc.CreateNavigator();

XPathNodeIterator iterator = null;

iterator.MoveNext(); //Loop here
