I always get the exit code 0x0 running the following VB software from the
Visual Studion NET 2003:

Sub Main()
       MsgBox("test v2")
       Environment.Exit(99)
End Sub

What is wrong ?

Go to:

http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/cpref/html/frlr
fsystemenvironmentclassexittopic.asp

and scroll to the bottom of the page where SecurityPermissions are
referenced. You are trying to access unmanaged code, so there is an extra
setting to adjust.

Hope this helps.

You can use the property Environment.ExitCode instead.
