Windows OS events

I know that it's possible to register with the OS to receive certain file
system events.  Does anyone know if it's possible to receive an event when
the user changes the default printer setting?  Thanks.

I guess you have to PInvoke  Win32:
 FindFirstPrinterChangeNotification
