install prob .net framework error1304

Hi am am desperatly trying to install this program but during setup i get an
error message that says error writing to file, make sure you have acsess to
it the error number is 1304 somebody please help me.

At what point is this error message being displayed? Are you installing as
a Power User or Administrator? In other words, are you sure you have the
appropriate rights to install software?

Also, does it tell you what file? If so, ensure that it is not set for read
only.
