UUDI is simply speaking the Yellow Pages of Web Services, a directory where
you can publish and advertise your Web services.

UDDI is just a global location (repository) of all your public services.
These services typically are web services.

What you generally do is, build a webservice, and register with UDDI server.
There are well-known servers maintained down there, one is by microsoft,
another one by ibm. Later on, general users consume your webservice, by
invoking your webservice @ UDDI server. You can always decide on weather you
will charge user per every web service rendered (per-use basis) etc.

That was a birds-eye view of UDDI !!!
