How do we set the path for working in command line enverinoment.Like to Run
vbc.exe or sn.exe, normally it gives an error.So please tell me the path
setting.

If you run the file vsvars32.bat (ususally located at C:\Program
Files\Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003\Common7\Tools) it will set up the
required paths to run the .net tools.
