Can I use VS.NET 2003 to edit my existing FrontPage web applications? If so,
is there a resource to help me set this up?

Yes, you can. You set up a new project in an existing folder (you will see
this project type) and use the URL for the local project. You will have to
then view all and add the files in question, but that is the worst of the
pain. Save and start having fun.

You can go back and forth between FrontPage and Visual Studio .NET, if you
wish. Just be sure not to delete any .NET controls in FrontPage lest some
nasty bugs rise up. FrontPage is still a better visual editor.
