BITS 1.5 Download

I get this error when trying to install BITS 1.5 client.  Any help would be
greatly appreciated!!!

service bits.. (Error 0x0000041D: The service did not respond to the start or
control request in a timely fashion.)

From the error message it looks like the setup was trying to stop the BITS
service on the system and failed. You could do that manually by opening

ControlPanel->Administrative Tools->Services

and then stopping Background Intelligent Transfer Service. You will probably
need to have administrator privilleges to be able to do that.
