Erratic Timing after .Net1.1 SP1

I have encountered several areas of eratic timing problems when using SP1.
They seem to be memory management related. GC.Collect, Debug.writeline, and
several graphics functions for example

Downgrading back to .Net 1.1 has fixed the problems.

My Mistake. After further testing It is actually a problem on my side. I
may try SP1 again later.
