SC,
I've heard sometime in the first half of 2005.

You can download Beta 1 and access Beta Docs and other stuff on VS.NET 2005
& .NET 2.0 at:

http://lab.msdn.microsoft.com/vs2005/

Hope this helps
Jay

Keep in mind that this is a Beta and the final version will not be available
until the first half of 2005.
