I dont know why you used both config file and code for configuring the Class in host. Either you use the Configure method with config file or use RegisterWellKnownServiceType method

I did that cuz I dont know how it works. Can you tell me what to do? I just
copied the code form the msdn website. And I keep getting the error saying
"Because of Security Restrictions...Cant be accessed" How do I get rid of
that?
