Problem displayinmg images on local webpage

Hi

I have programmatically downloaded some webpages and modified the src url of
images to point to a local folder, the webpages are displaying .gif and .jpg
images but not .png, what could be the reason this?

Thanks for the effort you put to find to find this info.

The problems was related to changing the src url of the images for which i
had posted the appropriate question and received an answer from Jesse
Houwing.
