I really need help.  I am trying to install updates for itunes and I keep
getting an error message.  It reads 'documents' is not a valid short name
file.  I have fixed this once before but I cannot remember how.  Thanks to
anyone who can help!

How does this problem relate to Microsoft .NET Framework Programming?

I am having the same issue.  I believe it has to do with the registry in your
Documents and Settings.  Sounds like the registry is being redirecting to the
wrong folders.  I don't know how to change this either....Scott, can you help
with this?

I believe what Scott meant was "This is a Microsoft .Net Programming
newsgroup. If you want an answer to a question about iTunes, try posting it
on Apple's user forums, or a usenet newsgroup about iTunes."
